This initiative backs organisations that are not only delivering a service but changing the rules, relationships or infrastructure that keep problems in place. It is larger, longer-term funding for coalitions, networks and anchor institutions that can demonstrate early evidence of systems-level influence.
Who this is for
Established nonprofits, community networks and sector coalitions with at least three years of regional delivery and a clear theory of change.

- Policy, practice or infrastructure change
- Local evidence generation and open dissemination
- Core and programme costs across the partnership
Geographic eligibility
Regional partnerships operating primarily in Africa, Asia or the Americas. Applications in English, French or Spanish are accepted.
Requirements
- A clearly described system-level challenge and change strategy
- Evidence of at least three years of relevant delivery
- A named lead organisation and partner commitments
- A multi-year budget and learning plan
How the process works

Shortlisted partnerships receive a scoping conversation
Full proposal invited by the programme team
Decision and onboarding within twelve weeks
